The Reid Gated Trolley features an innovative rotating plate and quick-release pin design, allowing it to be attached to the beam quickly and easily. Unlike conventional trolleys, it can be fitted to the beam after the Porta Gantry has been fully assembled, enabling the addition of multiple trolleys without dismantling the system. For enhanced operational control, the trolley can also be locked in position anywhere along the beam. Available with capacities up to 5000kg to suit a wide range of lifting applications.

Designed for applications where headroom is limited, the Reid Closed Coupled Trolley provides increased lifting height by minimising the distance between the hoist and beam. The trolley is installed onto the beam during Porta Gantry assembly and features a large oval attachment point, allowing compatibility with a wide range of hoists. For added flexibility and control, it can also be locked in position anywhere along the beam. Available with capacities up to 5000kg to suit a wide range of lifting applications.

The Reid Gear Driven Trolley is installed onto the beam during Porta Gantry assembly and is designed to provide smooth, controlled movement of suspended loads along the span of the beam. Suitable for loads up to 2000kg, the geared travel mechanism enables precise load positioning while reducing operator effort. A range of chain lengths is available to suit different gantry configurations and operating requirements.

The Reid Single and Double Sheave Carriers are designed to provide smooth and efficient rope guidance when used with Reid Porta Gantry systems. Suitable for wire rope up to Ø7mm or rope up to Ø12mm, they help ensure controlled rope movement while reducing friction during lifting, access and rescue operations.

Used with Reid winches, retrieval devices and fall protection systems, the sheave carriers allow wire rope or synthetic rope to be redirected under the gantry beam, creating secure anchorage points for lifting, lowering and personnel handling applications. The Single Sheave Carrier provides a single rope path, while the Double Sheave Carrier enables dual rope configurations, making it ideal for applications requiring separate working and safety lines, or when 2 devices must be used simultaneously for personnel lifting applications.

With a 250kg WLL for personnel applications and 500kg WLL for material lifting, both sheave carriers support a wide range of confined space, rope access, rescue and lifting operations. Their compact, lightweight design ensures easy handling, installation and repositioning while delivering reliable performance in demanding environments.

The Reid Porta Gantry Rapide Masterlink Trolley is a lightweight beam-mounted attachment designed to maximise the versatility of the Porta Gantry Rapide. Featuring a rotating plate and quick-release pin, it can be easily fitted to the beam after gantry assembly, providing a secure connection point for hoists, winches and lifting equipment.

Designed for smooth travel along the beam, it improves load positioning and operational efficiency. With a WLL of up to 1000kg for material lifting, the Masterlink Trolley helps maximise beam utilisation while maintaining the rapid deployment benefits of the Porta Gantry Rapide.

The Reid Porta Gantry Rapide Closed Coupled Trolley is designed for applications where headroom is restricted and maximum lifting height is required.
