To give you complete confidence in your investment, eligible Reid products are covered by a 10-Year Warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and design. What’s Covered
Your warranty gives you confidence that your product will perform safely and reliably as intended. It covers manufacturing defects that affect its performance, safety, or intended use, including defects arising from:
- Materials
- Workmanship
- Design (where Reid is responsible for the design)
What’s Not Covered
Your warranty provides dependable protection against manufacturing defects. To help you get the best performance and longest service life from your Reid product, please follow the recommended operating, inspection, and maintenance guidance.
The following circumstances fall outside the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable items
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Operation outside recommended capacities
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Third-party components and accessories
- Products resold after being placed into service

Activating your Warranty is quick and straightforward.Simply register your product within 90 business days of delivery to secure long-term warranty protection and complete peace of mind.
